The personal data that the User will communicate by sending an email to the Data Controller at info@partnerservice.hr, will be processed fairly and transparently for lawful purposes and to protect your confidentiality and your rights in accordance with Community legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Reg. 2016/679).
The processing will be carried out with the following purposes and methods:
- Data controller.
Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the Data Controller is the company Partner Service d.o.o., Ulica Eugena Kvaternika, 6 Nin (HR) – e-mail: info@partnerservice.hr.
- Purpose of processing.
The Data Controller shall process the personal data that the customer communicates by sending an e-mail to the info address info@iniziativevenete.it, candidature@iniziativevenete.it, amministrazione@iniziativevenete.it (name, surname, e-mail, data contained in a curriculum vitae, if any) solely for the purposes indicated in this information notice.
- Purposes of the processing.
The purposes of the processing pursued in general by the Data Controller can be summarised as follows

The data processed will be those described in point 2, strictly necessary for the provision of the requested service.
5 Recipients or possible categories of recipients of personal data.
The customer’s data will be communicated to:
- employees and collaborators of the Controller;
Customer data will not be disseminated.
- Data transfer.
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or appointed third party companies and will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Union.
- Period of data retention.
The Data Controller shall retain the personal data provided by the data subject and aimed at the offer of a job for a maximum period of 24 months, in order to assess the job application sent by the data subject and to identify possible employment opportunities. In the event of receipt of a message containing a mere request for information, the Data Controller shall retain the data provided by the data subject for the time necessary to provide him/her with a reply or to complete the correspondence.
- Rights of the data subject.
As the data subject, the customer has the following rights
- The right to access their personal data (once they have received confirmation that their data is being processed by the data controller);
- the right to have one’s own data corrected and supplemented;
- the right to obtain the deletion of one’s own data;
- the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of one’s personal data under certain conditions;
- the right to receive the personal data provided to the data controller in a structured and commonly used format, and to transmit it to a different data controller;
- the right to object to the processing of personal data if there are grounds relating to his personal situation;
- the right not to be subjected to an automated decision-making process;
- the right to obtain notification in the event of a serious breach of your data;
- the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The customer may exercise the aforementioned rights by sending a communication to the Data Controller at the addresses listed in Article 1) above.
